Articles, screenshots, trailers and videos may contain graphic visuals and/or strong language, which may offend some people.

2. News / Trailers / Screenshots
All of our news, trailers and screenshots are sent to us by video game publishers and/or 3rd party press source. Coldwing Gaming uses watermarks to tag screenshots and trailers to make sure no stealing without credit occurs. Trailers sent to us will be hosted at YouTube.com. As stated in the content section, Coldwing Gaming has every right to decide which press releases and trailers will be posted on coldwing-gaming.com. Coldwing Gaming has the rights to choose which news and trailers will be posted on the front page of coldwing-gaming.com. If Coldwing Gaming posts quotes, news, screenshots or trailers from other video game websites, we will provide the source of these sites in our articles. If screenshots and trailers are tagged with watermarks, Coldwing Gaming will not attempt to erase or crop out these watermarks. If your screenshots and trailers are already watermarked, we will not make any attempts to write a separate source in our articles, as this is already shown in your watermark.

3. World of Warcraft related articles / videos
World of Warcraft, World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade and World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King are all registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment. Coldwing Gaming is aware that they are showing content made and owned by Blizzard Entertainment. Coldwing Gaming makes no attempts to harm or destroy the image of Blizzard Entertainment and their games. Coldwing Gaming may use small World of Warcraft music clips in their videos, which are usually silenced and voiced over, making sure no stealing of any kind occurs.

4. World of Warcraft: Addon Watch
Coldwing Gaming has the rights to decide which addons they are going to review in their Addon Watch show. We also have rights to decide which aspects and features will be showcased in our reviews. Coldwing Gaming will make no attempts to harm and destroy the image of addon authors and their addons. Some of our episodes may contain humorous intent, which by no means is meant to offend the author of the addon. Coldwing Gaming respects addon authors and their decisions on making these wonderful addons. Coldwing Gaming will not take any responsibility for addons causing errors and loss of data from the user’s computer and/or World of Warcraft client. Coldwing Gaming will make no attempts to modify the addons code, show false and made-up information in their videos.

5. Games Revisited / Reviews in general
Coldwing Gaming has rights to decide which games they are going to review. The staff of Coldwing Gaming have every right to decide which aspects are touched upon in their reviews. As critics, the staff of Coldwing Gaming have every right to voice their own opinions and give out the negative aspects of the game. The intent of reviews is to give out our own opinions to our site visitors, which by no means in meant to harm or destroy the image of game companies and their games. Coldwing Gaming respects game companies and their decisions on how to make their games. We do not take any responsibility for affecting the success of your game and company.

Coldwing Gaming has every right to choose which trailers will be shown and which aspects will be shown in their Failers show. Failers show is purely made for humoristic reasons and is meant to be funny, meaning Coldwing Gaming has every right to voice their own opinions and show the negative aspects of the trailer in question. Coldwing Gaming uses WordPress publishing platform to publish their articles. Our shows/trailers are hosted at blip.tv and/or YouTube.com. The style of our website is based on Pixeled WordPress Theme which has been modified for our own purposes. The unique theme of coldwing-gaming.com is available to Coldwing Gaming’s own purposes only and should not be copied by anyone. Coldwing Gaming doesn’t take any responsibility for bugs caused by WordPress publishing platform and it’s plugins! Coldwing Gaming attempts to fix every bugs caused by their own website theme, but we will not guarantee that everything will always be stable!
